DELIVERY ASSOCIATE

SALARY UP TO £40,000 + 10% BONUS

This is a data-driven MarTech company that works with various companies to enhance their customer acquisition and engagement strategies

THE ROLE

As a Delivery Associate, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Coordinate internal teams to deliver technical services support, projects ad enhancements including chnage requests, scoping, resource management, scheduling and delivery.
• Manage technical retainer hours to ensure they remain within establised contractual support hours.
• Collaborate with Customer Success partners to improve margin rates, including contributing to account health plans, technical investigations and supporting data requests.
• Handle issue resolution, including tracking, triaging, and resolving campaign, platform, and infosec issues.
• Manage client inquires, including research, data requests, and technical issues.
• Schedule and present in client status calls, updating on service-based items and project progress.
• Ensure adherence to the company's standards and procedures, focusing on client experience and operational efficiency.

Your Skills And Experience

• Able to lead client facing meetings
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong research and problem solving abilities
• Previous experience in a marketing role with project management and triage experience
• Experience in process improvement and margin enhancement
• Technical Knowledge in any programming language (HTML, CSS, PHP, JScript, etc) is a plus
• Certification in Project Management is a plus
