This opportunity is ideal for any finalist level Part Qualified Accountants who have both experience in Management Accounts and Business Partnering.

Key Responsibilities:
As Finance Business Partner you will partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance, provide strategic insights, and align financial goals with business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to combine financial planning, business partnering, and strategic responsibilities in a dynamic, impactful role.

• Collaborate with senior management to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Drive profitability through cost management and pricing strategies.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic business decisions, including new product launches and market expansions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve business processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Part Qualified/Finalist level CIMA/ACCA
• Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong Business Partnering and Management Accounts
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
