Account Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to work for a growing business based in Kettering. As an Account Manager you will be accountable for providing quotes, placing orders and being the main point of contact for your region.

This is a full time permanent position.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Costing and quotations
Dealing with customer complaints
Customer queries
Handling calls
Liaising with dispatch
Checking stock levels
Product support
Ensuring highest quality standards in communication and information
Managing all day-to-day operational aspects
Planning
Organising deliveries
Communicating with the sales team and the wider business

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Key account management
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable managing suppliers
Strong commercial understanding
Work under time pressure, our industry is fast paced
Strong team player
Confident working with clients and stakeholders
Attention to detail
