As a Registered Manager, you will:

• Take responsibility for the day to day running of 2 services
• Ensure the services comply with regulatory requirements, including CQC and other relevant legislation
• Assist in the development, evaluation and implementation of care policies, protocols and procedures
• Reinforce person centred, high-quality care and support is being delivered
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Be accountable for the operational and financial performance of the services
• Manage budgets, resources and staff effectively

To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will:

• Hold a NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
• Be experienced in managing supported living services for vulnerable adults
• Have prior experience of working towards CQC standards and relevant legislation
• Be confident in leadership and management with demonstrable experience

In return, my client is offering a salary of up £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
