Family Solicitor

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Family Lawyer on behalf of an award-winning law firm at their Cardiff Head Office. As part of the firm’s thriving Family Law team, you’ll work on a variety of matrimonial matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, TOLATA claims, and private law children cases. You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload, meeting clients face-to-face, and handling a mix of private and legally aided family law work.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in family law, particularly in matrimonial matters like divorce, financial remedy, and private law children cases. You’ll need to be confident in managing your own caseload and comfortable working with clients on sensitive issues, ensuring you provide professional and compassionate advice. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients will be key to your success.
