They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with stamp duty rebate expertise to join their executive team in the heart of Manchester city centre. This newly created and vital role will play a key part in supporting the firm’s ongoing success and contributing to its growth strategy.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving impactful results and building strong relationships with senior decision-makers in the property sector, particularly in relation to stamp duty rebates. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute the firm’s business development strategy, engaging with key professionals including conveyancers, mortgage brokers, estate agents, and auctioneers. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities while nurturing long-term partnerships to drive sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities within the property and legal sectors, aligning with the firm’s strategic goals, with a focus on stamp duty rebates.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to inform high-level strategic decisions related to stamp duty rebates.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to maximise revenue and ensure sustainable growth, particularly in the stamp duty rebate space.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients and industry leaders that contribute to long-term success, particularly those with interests in stamp duty rebates.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills in managing high-value client accounts and developing new partnerships.
  • Effectively manage your schedule and resources to meet business targets and strategic initiatives.
  • Regularly provide performance reports and updates to the senior leadership team, contributing to the overall business strategy.
This senior role operates Monday to Friday, offering flexibility to balance office-based work and external client visits. It provides an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the firm’s growth and ongoing success in this newly established role.

Salary
A competitive salary package is available, based on experience. The role also includes an uncapped commission structure, based on gross revenue generated, with commission rates of 10% or 15%, depending on performance, offering significant earning potential.
