Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, including drafting letters and responding to client queries.
- Open and maintain files using a case management system.
- Provide administrative support, including dictation, typing and document preparation.
- Liaise with clients, ensuring a polished and professional approach at all times.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring schedules are up to date and organised.
Skills and Experience: - Proven experience as a secretary, ideally within a legal or medical environment.
- Experience using case management systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and client communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
