Position:Mechanical Fitter

Location:Prescot

Salary:£40,000 - £50,000 DOE

HRGO recruitment are currently recruiting a Mechanical Fitter for our client based in Prescot. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of commercial industry experience.

Skills and requirements:

• Dismantle and assemble ranges of rotating equipment, specifically pumps and motors.
• Need to be flexible and ready to deal with different challenges working on customer sites, primarily around the Northwest of the UK.
• Use of standard workshop machinery
• Dismantling and re-assembling of rotating machinery and equipment
• Actively engaging in the company's Continuous Improvement program within the Workshop in line with the business objectives
• Participation in Workshop on-call rota

Preferred Experience:

• Good understanding of the Electro-Mechanical Industry
• At least five years of commercial industrial experience
• Must have experience with rotating equipment, specifically pumps and motors
• Full UK Driving Licence
