Assistant Accountant

What you’ll do as Assistant Accountant:

• Set up and manage recurring customer accounts and process invoices using cloud based software
• Review and process monthly customer billings bills/disbursements
• Reconcile bank statements for multiple ledgers, monitoring cash payments and update accounting systems
• Upload incoming purchase invoices electronically and file safely
• Raise credit notes
• Assist with payroll processing and post payroll-related entries
• Prepare supplier payments for approval and ensure accuracy
