About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our sales and product teams to create and execute data-driven campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You'll have the freedom to innovate, test new ideas, and optimise performance across a range of digital channels.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display advertising.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and website optimisation.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and streamline the buyer journey.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our strategy cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For - Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
- A deep understanding of digital channels, including PPC, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
