X1 Sales and Lettings are looking for an articulate, experienced and accomplished Senior Account Manager to oversee a landlord portfolio in our vibrant and friendly Manchester branch.

The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee operations of Landlord investments ensuring these are managed effectively and maximising value for both the client and company. Your organisational abilities and strong communication skills both internally and externally will contribute to the overall success of your client investments, and market reputation of X1 brand. You will be a positive representative of the company and carry a polite and professional approach in all communication. You will have a strong business acumen, have a pro-active approach and excellent attention to detail.
