X1 Sales and Lettings are looking for an articulate, experienced and accomplished Senior Account Manager to oversee a landlord portfolio in our vibrant and friendly Manchester branch.

The Role 

As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee operations of Landlord investments ensuring these are managed effectively and maximising value for both the client and company. Your organisational abilities and strong communication skills both internally and externally will contribute to the overall success of your client investments, and market reputation of X1 brand. You will be a positive representative of the company and carry a polite and professional approach in all communication. You will have a strong business acumen, have a pro-active approach and excellent attention to detail. You will work alongside a team of other Senior Account Managers who will support you and share the same goal. Some of the role responsibilities are as below:

  • Ensure landlords receive impeccable customer service and contribute towards positive brand reputation
  • Proactively working with Landlords to understand investment portfolios and generate new business opportunities
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams regarding all aspects of Landlords properties performance
  • Review the financial performance of your sites monthly
  • Communicating with Landlords regarding all aspects of their properties and performance in line with SLAs
  • Property visit for voids to gather appropriate landlord and property management feedback and co-ordinate with team on marketing and dressing
  • Responsible for ensuring all notes added to internal system(s) following any Landlord comms
  • Appropriately authorising maintenance charges in line with SLAs
  • Responsible for ensuring high value works are completed to a satisfactory level
  • Responsible for all fees charged to landlords
  • Ensuring the portfolio is bringing in all avenues of revenue
  • Conduct property viewings with Landlords and Investors
  • Become expert in market and local competitors to appropriately advice landlords
  • Ensuring annual rent reviews in line with market rate
  • Submitting weekly stats to senior leadership team
  • Complaints handling
  • Responsible for ensuring all properties and Landlords are compliant

About You
  • Strong business acumen
  • Property experience - ideally ARLA qualified or willing to work towards
  • Extremely strong communication and customer service skills

Location - Manchester
Contract type - Permanent
Hours - favourable working hours of 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday
Salary -  We offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional paid time off over Christmas. We also give our staff complimentary use of our on site gyms as well as many social events, awards ceremonies and treats throughout the year.
