My client is a large music company, based in London (hybrid working) looking for an Assistant Management Accountant accountant to join their operational finance team. 
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to take ownership for and manage multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis, help the team meet the month end close deadlines, and assist for planning and forecasting and other financial reporting, including supporting the preparation of statutory accounts.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly analysis of overheads, 
• Coordinate the submission process for month end, 
• Forge a strong connection with other finance areas to ensure efficient and seamless reporting across the whole department.
• Ad hoc analyses and reports 
• Assist with Audit fieldwork and preparation of statutory accounts.
• Review of monthly Intrastat submission, including investigation and resolution of queries

The successful candidate is likely to be able a starter/ studier or part qualified  CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA who is able to work autonomously and be proactive in resolving issues with the wider operations team, suppliers, and other areas in the business.
