Interim Finance Transformation Manager

Global Accounting Network are partnering with an international entertainment & media client who are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager for an initial 12 month contract.

As the Finance Transformation Manager, this role to lead and drive impactful change across multiple finance initiatives, partnering with Finance, Change Management, Technology and the wider business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Finance Reporting function, Commercial finance & Group finance
• Develop transformational road maps for strategic changes in each division
• Create business cases and present benefit realisation figures
• Document and clearly scope deliverables, resourcing needs and planning stages for each project
• Assist senior leadership shape the long term finance roadmap
• Ad hoc finance transformation requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully Qualified Accountant
• Proven experience leading a finance transformation project
• Strong understanding of how to drive change and improvements
• Excellent communication skills
