Hours 

• Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday - Thursday; 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Friday
• Shift 2: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Wednesday; 2:00 PM - 11:20 PM, Thursday (Enjoy a three-day weekend!) Compensation: £12-£16 per hour (Permanent Position from Day 1)

Annual Salary £27,000 - £31,000 depending on level of experience

Day to Day Duties

• Set up, adjust, and operate Binoffer and Sakuri lamination machines according to job specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, adhesion, and quality of laminated products.
• Inspect laminated products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in the lamination process.
• Maintain detailed records of production runs and quality inspections.
• Optimize machine settings to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste.
• Meet production targets and deadlines consistently.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline processes and improve output.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Lamination Machine Operative, specifically with Binoffer and Sakuri machines.
• Strong background in handling print and understanding of lamination processes.
• Demonstrated ability to set up and run lamination machines efficiently.
• Own transport is essential due to shift times and location.
