Our client, a multi award-winning patent litigation practice, are seeking a Patent Litigation Paralegal to join their London team.

The Opportunity

The successful Patent Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for providing assistance to fee earners. Duties to include:

• Assisting with Court hearings and trials
• Preparation of papers
• Internal and external document management
• Checking, finalising and sending correspondence
• Attending hearings and taking notes
• Requesting Skeleton Arguments
• Liaising with the travel team to arrange fee earner travel
• Diary management

This Patent Litigation Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

Requirements

Essential

• Experience working as a Patent Paralegal within in a law firm

Desired

• A degree or certificate either in Law or Paralegal Studies
