The Gig: As a Property Services Manager, you'll take charge of the housing management operations for an amazing Bradford-based charity that's making a difference for people in need of accommodation services.
Your days will be a mix of office life and out-and-about adventures visiting properties, chatting with landlords, and making things happen.

Here's a sneak peek of your to-do list:

• Visiting properties and spotting opportunities for improvements (we love fresh ideas).
• Chatting with landlords about new properties and sealing the deals.
• Coordinating and documenting condition surveys and checks.
• Keeping maintenance spreadsheets updated and audit-proof.
• Owning Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, Fire Safety, and Safeguarding like a pro.
• Tackling the day-to-day admin for all properties and services across the charity.
