Platinum Recruitment is working with an award winning Forklift Hire company. This is an opportunity for a Qualified Service Controller to join their team of experienced Service Controller based in Farnham.

Your responsibilities as a Service Controller will include-

• Coordinating and dispatching skilled technicians to customer sites across the UK.
• Providing top-notch customer service by efficiently handling customer inquiries and requests for onsite repairs, via phone and email.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process to ensure a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
• Collaborating with the parts team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts in preparation for technician visits.

Service Controller desired experience/qualifications:

• A strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues over the phone and in writing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experienced being a Service Controller/Coordinator
