This remote based Business Quality Officer job is for a multi-award winning national financial advice business, building a diverse workforce
As a Business Quality Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing the suitability and quality of advice through file checking cases pre sale. If you identify any areas of concern or development, it would be part of your role to provide appropriate and supportive feedback to the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
As such, you will be regularly working with your fellow departments such as Training & Compliance, Technical & Proposition and Paraplanning. The business utilises remote working plus likes to attend meetings in their Farnborough office. Therefore, it is important that you are happy to attend the office from time to time, such as on a monthly basis.
The business has a specialist pension team, therefore if you had experience / qualifications in DB pension transfers that would be beneficial but not essential.
The position is similar to that of an IFA File Checker.
