Female Support Worker - Learning Disability Service (Drivers needed)

Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide tailored care and assistance to tenants in supported living services, helping them achieve their personal goals, maintain independence, and participate fully in the community. Key Responsibilities

• Build warm, trusting relationships with service users.
• Promote self-esteem, happiness, and emotional health.
• Provide person-centred care, respecting privacy and dignity.
• Support individuals in developing life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and personal care.
• Assist with accessing community activities, education, and employment opportunities.
• Collaborate with families and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
• Act as a Key Worker, supporting individuals in achieving their personal aspirations.

About You

• A warm, respectful, and positive individual with a person-centred approach.
• A great communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
