Salary: Up to £30,225 per annum
Location: Chorley

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Oversee personalised support plans to promote independence and community inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide direct support as part of the rota, modelling best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise service delivery.

About You
You are:

  • A great communicator with a compassionate, person-centred approach.
  • An experienced leader with at least two years of supervisory experience in learning disabilities or autism support.
  • Physically and mentally resilient, ready to manage challenges with confidence.
  • Skilled in creating person-centred plans and coaching others to deliver the best outcomes.
