As a Principal Consultant you are a part of an elite team of sector experts.     

What You Will Do

• Utilise your recruitment expertise adding value to clients, candidates and colleagues.
• Showcase and present your recruitment specialism to new and current clients.
• Take a consultative approach with client's recruitment requirements on both contingency and retained hires. 
• Manage successful functional recruitment campaigns by effectively using front end recruitment platforms, Bullhorn CRM and cutting-edge technology.
• Craft captivating vacancy advertisements for job boards and social media platforms
• Maintain up-to-date candidate and client records on a CRM database, ensuring all information is accurate and in line with current legislations. 
• Undergo high levels of thorough interviews with candidates, either over the phone, face-to-face or virtually.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking, or industry-related events to stay abreast of market trends.
• Meet and exceed performance targets, showcasing your competitive drive and determination whilst upholding strong company values. 

What You Will Bring:

• Proven track record within a specific recruitment function or specialism. 
• The ability to seek out and engage with new clients and candidates. 
• Exceptional relationship-building skills internally and externally 
• A competitive edge and a relentless drive to succeed.
• The ability to work autonomously but lead by example.  
• A background in the commercial and/or engineering fields is advantageous. 
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
