Role Overview: They are seeking a driven and ambitious Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a solid grounding in commercial law, particularly in areas such as IP/IT, banking & finance, and other commercial law specialisms. The successful candidate will help drive the rapid growth of the commercial practice while ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including IP/IT, banking & finance, and other relevant areas of law.
• Work closely with senior colleagues and clients to manage and execute complex transactions.
• Provide pragmatic, no-nonsense advice to help clients achieve the best outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the firm's reputation for excellence in service.
• Take an active role in business development to help expand the firm’s commercial practice.
• Manage substantial workloads and meet tight deadlines while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Qualified lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Expertise in IP/IT, banking & finance, or other commercial law areas is highly desirable.
