Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant - Bracknell - £13 - £19 per hour - 16 hours per week - part time - 3 month contract

I am currently recruiting for a SAAS business who require a Finance Assistant on an initial 3 month contract.

Key duties:

• Processing of all invoices onto
• Processing Employee Expenses
• Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
• Processing Payments to Suppliers/Employees
• Reconciliation of Company Credit Cards
• Responsible for Petty Cash
• Liaison with Suppliers/Employees and Maintenance of Supplier/Employees Accounts
• Dealing with Credit Control
• Ad - hoc duties

What you will need to be successful:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Team player
• Available at short notice
