Schedule: Monday to Friday, 13:45 – 22:00
Hours: 38.75 hours per week
Salary: £13.65 per hour
Duration: Long term role with view of going permanent

Production Operative Role:

As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily production activities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating Machinery: Manage and oversee machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
• General Production Duties: Take on varied tasks to support the production line and meet operational targets.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections to maintain high-quality standards and deliver excellence to customers.
• Team Work: Work closely with a small, dynamic team, contributing to a positive and productive environment.
• Physical Work: Engage in a physically active role with lifting duties up to 15kg, making every day varied and
rewarding.

Experience Required:

• Manufacturing/Production Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Stability: A proven track record of reliability and consistency in previous positions.
• Proactive Attitude: A positive and team-oriented approach to work.
