Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + Benefits

Our client specialises in carrying out Asbestos Surveys across predominately residential sites, and they are now seeking to take on a qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor in the North West region. The successful candidate will be carrying out surveying duties in line with HSG 264 guidelines and in line with client requirements. This role would suit someone looking to join a growing and consistently developing company.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Blackburn, Burnley, Preston, Blackpool, Southport, Bolton, St Helens, Liverpool , Wallasey, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Warrington, Stockport, Macclesfield, Buxton, Chester, Crewe, Huddersfield, Bradford, Wakefield, Leeds, Keighley.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for a reputable UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Organising workload in line with company and client needs.
" Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently.

The Role:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition and re-inspection surveys.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag and label prior to sending for analysis.
" Using information from site to create detailed reports.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
