On behalf of their client, a leading manufacturer are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented International Sales Coordinator. Your role will involve managing day-to-day export sales activities and administration, building relationships with international customers and affiliates throughout the order process.

What you'll do:

As an International Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be managing day-to-day export sales activities and administration. You will prepare all necessary documentation, including quotations, shipping documents, and health certificates. You will also maintain accurate customer records and ensure all export and registration files are up-to-date. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams within the organisation, including Regulatory Affairs and Finance. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to check stock availability regularly and provide additional manufacturing information as required.

  • Prepare all quotations for the brand at the request of International Sales Manager.
  • Prepare Export shipping documentation (Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates etc.).
  • Work in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs Officer to provide relevant product registration papers.
  • Submit applications to the Chamber for certificates and EUR1's.
  • Maintain customer records accurately and up-to-date on the system.
  • Ensure all export and registration files are kept up to date with records of communication to and from customers.
  • Apply for Health Certificates so products can be shipped legally.
  • Regularly check stock availability for export orders and provide any additional manufacturing information to customers when required.

The ideal candidate for this International Sales Coordinator position brings significant experience in a similar role. You have a thorough understanding of export supporting documentation and the impacts of exporting products overseas. Your strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively set you apart. You are proficient in using Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience in a similar Export Sales role.
  • Thorough working knowledge of export supporting documentation (EUR1's, COO's, Health Certs et al.).
  • Excellent working knowledge of Export and the impact of exporting products overseas.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills including stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially Word, Outlook and Excel.
