Our client, a leading business in their field is seeking a Head of Operations to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to exciting growth our client is looking for a Head of Operations to join their team, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing key areas of the business, ensuring performance levels are maintained whilst making sure a high level of service is delivered whilst process improvement is continually being monitored and implemented within the business.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Head of Operations where you have been responsible for reporting to Board-level, being the go-to for staff whilst overseeing operations in a busy and fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies for departments within the business

- Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and incidents

- Ensure adherence to SLAs is maintained

- Ensure compliance with industry standards across the business

- Implementation of new systems and processes in order to improve the smooth-running of the business

- Stay informed and up to date with emerging technology trends

- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and department leaders

Key Experience:

- Strong leadership and people management skills and experience

- Analytical individual with excellent attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with board members and senior management

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple areas and departments within the organization

- Previous experience as a Head of Operations

- Confident implementing new processes in order to improve the running of the business
