Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
• Conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future financial trends and inform strategic planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in management accounts, with strong budgeting and forecasting skills.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are desirable.
