Description

The Conveyancing Locum will be:

• Managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, title reports, exchanges, and enquiries.
• Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring seamless transactions.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external parties to achieve smooth completions.
• Providing professional and timely responses to client queries throughout.

Profile

The Conveyancing Locum should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years of residential conveyancing experience.
• Proficient in managing the entire conveyancing process from start to finish.
• Experienced in handling title reports, raising/responding to enquiries, and facilitating completions.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
