£45,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are an experienced Sales Administrator with staff management experience then this position for an Operations Supervisor could suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the customer service and sales administration function

- Supervising team or Customer Service Assistants and allocating daily work

- Reviewing departmental activity ensuring staff are fully and efficiently utilised

- Ensuring the fast and efficient processing of sales orders through to delivery stage

- Liaising extensively with clients in relation to orders and finance process

- Maintaining stock levels and raising purchase orders for new stock requirements
