The Successful Power BI Developer Will

• Develop and maintain cutting-edge dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create and optimise DAX queries and build robust data models.
• Identify and monitor KPIs, ensuring data drives actionable insights.
• Work with tools like Azure Databricks to develop scalable, enterprise-level BI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into impactful visualisations.
• Apply best practices to enhance existing BI systems and improve data visualisation strategies.

The Successful Power BI Developer Will Have

• Advanced skills in Power BI, including experience with DAX programming and performance optimisation.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Excel.
• Knowledge of Azure tools and data lakes for cloud-based BI solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modelling techniques, including Kimball.
• Experience delivering end-to-end reporting solutions.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data and attention to detail.
