A 2 form entry Primary School based in Bromley are seeking dedicated a EYFS Class Teacher to join their outstanding school. They are open to applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced educators who are committed to fostering a culture of high aspiration and achievement.

• Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils.
• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Collaborate with the team to moderate judgements regarding pupil progress and attainment, overseeing assessment requirements and deadlines.
• Work proactively with the pastoral team to support the well-being needs of children, parents, and staff.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in primary education is preferred but not essential for ECTs.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Ability to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment that encourages students to achieve their potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with pupils, parents, and staff.
