Housing Management/Property Litigation Paralegal

A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a Housing Management/Property Litigation paralegal. This is a permanent position based in their London office.

The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords in a broad range of matters, including possession proceedings based on rent arrears, breach of tenancy, anti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiers, injunction proceedings, disrepair claims and claims against leaseholders including forfeiture.

Specific duties include (but are not limited to): drafting and preparing claim forms, preparing trial bundles, liaising with Court prior to trial, and assisting with general paralegal and administrative tasks in an effective and timely manner.

This is a full-time position with about 2-3 days in the office a week, depending on business needs.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum 2.2 law degree or equivalent. The LPC is desirable, as is experience in dealing with registered providers and private landlords, and previous property litigation experience.
