• Lead / coach / mentor a team of driven, motivated sales professionals from graduate level to BDM.

• You must have managed a team in a dynamic, B2B call centre environment leading a competitive, high-energy team to success!
• Be a competent user of salesforce and able to analyse statistics and implement change
