Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

An exciting opening for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their high-profile commercial contracts by Tower Bridge, London. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.

Working as the sole engineer on site, we are looking for a Multi Skilled engineer with either Electrical or Mechanical City and Guilds qualifications, to be based on a commercial site by Tower Bridge 3 days per week, with the other two days covering sites nearby in the City.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork.

Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Generators
• VAV/VRFs
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Cooling Towers
• Pumps & Motors
• Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations

Requirements:

• City and Guilds qualifications in either Electrical or Mechanical disciplines
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Salary and Benefits:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00
• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
