Business Development Consultant

At eTeach, we’re at the forefront of innovative recruitment solutions for the education sector. Our latest product, CoverStaff, is revolutionising how schools manage their supply cover needs. To drive its growth, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can combine account management, sales expertise, and strategic thinking to take this exciting new product to the next level.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager for CoverStaff, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to support schools and educators. You will:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with schools, ensuring they see the value of CoverStaff and maximize its potential.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow CoverStaff within existing and new markets, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine the CoverStaff offering based on customer feedback and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with schools, MATs, and education professionals to promote CoverStaff.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations of the CoverStaff platform.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing regular insights to management.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the education or recruitment sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of the education sector is a plus, but not essential.
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
