Working 8-16:45 Mon to Thur with a 3pm finish on a Fri and receiving:

you will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and:

  • Preparing daily bank recs
  • Preparing accounts for foreign subsidiaries
  • Processing payments and receipts
  • Managing prepayments, accruals, petty cash, credit card etc
  • Reconciling balance sheet
  • Preparing intercompany recs
  • Processing expense claims
  • Month end procedures
  • Covering credit controller

You will need:

  • Excellent accounting knowledge/experience - purchase and sales ledger, petty cash, month end, recs
  • High IT skill level especially Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and use own initiative
  • Knowledge of accounting software
