Receptionist Vacancy in London at a Private Equity Firm who are searching for an experienced Receptionist to join their professional team. This position involves much more than greeting visitors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless running of front-of-house operations, working closely with colleagues and senior staff. Prior experience in corporate reception, luxury hospitality, or premium airline roles will be highly regarded.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting: Provide a welcoming and polished experience for all clients and visitors.
• Coordinating meetings: Manage meeting room bookings using a computerised system and ensure rooms are always prepared to an excellent standard.
• Communication: Liaise with PAs, directors, catering, and AV teams to ensure meetings run smoothly.
• Switchboard duties: Handle occasional call transfers (most calls are direct).
• Event support: Assist with arranging client meetings and internal events.
• Administrative tasks: Manage courier bookings, catering requests, and general office tasks.
• Attention to detail: Regularly check front-of-house areas to maintain the firm’s impeccable standards.
