Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Solicitor in handling commercial property transactions, ensuring accurate preparation and filing of all legal documentation.
• Manage conveyancing matters, including drafting contracts, communicating with clients, and overseeing correspondence.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide valuable analysis to assist with case preparation and strategy.
• Maintain organised records, manage multiple deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow across all tasks.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally in commercial property or conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal research and familiar with relevant legal software and databases.
