Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a busy temporary staffing desk, supplying top-notch candidates promptly to fulfill client demands.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Conduct interviews, manage the recruitment cycle, and provide ongoing assistance to all stakeholders.
• Identify and create new business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
