Come and join us as a results driven Spares Operations Manager to to develop  spares through the branch network to land key business strategic plans and sales.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spares Operation Manager to join our dynamic Operations team. As the Spares Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our spare parts inventory and distribution network. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Spares Operation Manager with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and a proven track record in spare parts operations.
Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with operational management teams and sales teams across all brands, ensuring that relative information is shared.
Coordinate and support agreed projects and initiatives as and when required, and that these are completed within any agreed timescales whilst continuing to provide the required level of support to ROSD & RM’s to help land key operational/business changes.
Represent Spares within the ROSD’s regions. Providing timely updates to ROSD’s/RM’s regarding business updates and regional performance versus KPIs. Ensure the right level of support is given to the Spares manager team. Supporting with induction and L&D of new Spares managers.
Identify locations with spares opportunities and implement the correct strategy (Digital vs Spares Manager) to ensure we are driving performance through branches.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, support the development of the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. Landing of new Spares initiatives/developments with existing and new customers.
Work in the appropriate manner to ensure that opportunities with customers are maximised, problems resolved, and service is maintained at the highest level at all times. 

You:
As a Spares Operations Manager, you’ll have an innovative and agile approach to identify growth opportunities. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, whilst being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
Skills and competencies

Market experience within the merchanting sector and ability to transfer skills to the Spare Parts market.
A background in Key Account and Sales Management with the ability to demonstrate results.
Strong background in Customer Service environments.
Proven influencing and negotiation ability with a strong communication and adaptable leadership style.
Strong customer focus and in depth understanding of internal and external customer relationships and business processes.
