Installation Coordinator

What will you be doing as an Installation Coordinator:
Working in a busy office, you will be providing support for installation projects across the UK. Duties will include:

• Co-ordinating with customers regarding installation dates
• Liaising with the production team to ensure project deadlines are met
• Arranging for installation including booking travel and accommodation for engineers and ensuring delivery of all essential components
• Planning travel to sites
• Bookings engineer diaries and planning workload into timetables
• Carrying out customer care calls after installation and resolving any issues
• Booking service contract visits
• Providing some general customer support as needed
• Training engineers to complete essential paperwork
• Ensuring all essential paperwork is in place including DBS checks for engineers

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar Installation Co-ordinator, Service Co-ordinator or Engineer Co-ordinator role or other similar role involving diary planning and diary management of workload
• Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel Outlook and CRM systems
• Confident and assertive with excellent interpersonal skills
• Can work under pressure to achieve deadlines
• Customer focused
