About the Role We're seeking an experienced General Manager to take full operational control of this established, high-profile Central London venue. The space seamlessly transitions from sophisticated all-day dining to a vibrant evening atmosphere, complete with DJs and craft cocktails. This is an opportunity to lead a venue that has earned its reputation as one of London's most fashionable all-day dining destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across all service periods, from brunch through to late-night service
• Lead, mentor and develop a large team across food, beverage and entertainment operations
• Maintain exceptional service standards while managing high-volume covers
• Take full P&L responsibility, including budget management and financial reporting
• Create and implement marketing strategies to maintain the venue's position as a leading London destination
• Oversee stock control, supplier relationships and cost management
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health and safety regulations

Required Experience

• Proven track record as a General Manager or Operations Manager in high-volume London restaurants and bars
• Strong experience in venues combining food, cocktails and entertainment
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night)
• Excellent financial acumen with proven P&L management experience
• Strong knowledge of London's premium dining and entertainment scene

Benefits Package

• Competitive base salary of £55,000-£60,000
• Performance-related bonus of £5,000
• Service charge estimated at £6,000-£7,000 annually
