Recruiting Scheduler
Location: UK, London

Rate: £31.25 – £34.62 p/h (Inside IR35)
Hours: 9am-6pm (hybrid 3 days onsite)
Job Description
Role Brief
The main function of a recruiting scheduler is to support recruiters in effectively and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume/senior interviews. A typical recruiting scheduler has excellent organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating interviews for senior-level candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering a world-class candidate experience
- Tools: Maintain Scheduling tracking tool ensuring information is up to date, and functioning optimally and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
- Proactive Communication: Develop strong relationships with senior candidates, keeping them informed of schedules, changes, and updates. while maintaining a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally with our candidates
- XFN Partnerships: Partner closely with other coordinators across teams and time zones
- Produce ad hoc recruiting reports –Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements
- Training: Support interviewer training across locations
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across scheduling tools and candidate coordination
Day-to-day duties: - Check trackers in the morning on the interviews and manage interviews
- Looking at new interviews from the night before and diary manage
- Working with admins across all time zones
- Afternoon – dealing with tickets
- Candidate and recruiter questions
- Building relationships with the interviewers
- Complex diary management – align the interviews
- Adjust and diary manage the diaries – a good relationship with admins

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
- Strong ability to Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide solutions. Communicate updates and changes effectively to all stakeholders
- Strong ability to problem solve and complex diary management across regions
- Strong ability to adapt to change e.g. tools and teams
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
