Senior Principal Designer

A collaborative multi-disciplinary professional consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal Designer to join their team in Leeds.

The Principal Designer Role

• As the Principal Designer, you will take responsibility for managing and providing guidance on design safety risks across a varied project portfolio.
• Acting as Principal Designer and/or CDM Advisor, you will ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and promote best practices throughout the design and construction phases.

The Principal Designer Will Have

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (required)
• Tech IOSH (preferred)
• Membership with APS (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
• Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
