We are seeking an ESOL Lecturer for a temporary position in Hayes, focusing on delivering courses from Pre-Entry/E0 to Entry 3. This role is initially for 3 weeks to cover sickness but has a high potential for additional hours as we are also looking for casual ESOL tutors for future needs, covering levels up to Level 1.

• Deliver ESOL courses effectively to students ranging from Pre-Entry/E0 to Entry 3.
• Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet the curriculum standards.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve their language learning goals.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Maintain attendance records and other necessary documentation.
• Be prepared to potentially extend teaching responsibilities to higher levels (up to Level 1) in future assignments.

• Proven experience as an ESOL Lecturer or similar teaching role.
• Familiarity with the curriculum and teaching methods for ESOL levels from Pre-Entry to Level 1.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs.
• Flexibility to take on additional hours or extend the contract as required.
