The Role:
As a Fabric Engineer, you will:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
• Inspecting and repairing building elements, furniture, doors, windows, and drainage.
• Conducting legionella checks, painting, redecorating, and minor repairs.
• Maintaining plant rooms, AHU filters, and addressing leaks or blockages.
• Supporting engineering staff and handling ad-hoc tasks.
