This role is essential in overseeing the entire life-cycle of pump products, from initial concept through commercialisation to end-of-life management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Pump industry as well as expert knowledge in concept development and end-of-life product management.

Job Description
- Drive strategic improvement initiatives using data-driven methods such as 80/20 analysis to prioritise impactful actions and optimise performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Track and analyse financial metrics, including revenue, margins, and pricing, to guide strategies that maximise profitability and ensure sustained growth.
- Partner with global sales teams, distributors, and customers to create a forward-looking product road-map informed by market trends, customer feedback, and competitor positioning.
- Coordinate the launch of new products, ensuring effective training for internal teams and seamless integration into the market.
Product ManagerEssential Skills - A minimum of 5+years of experience in strategic marketing and product management
- A minimum of 5+ years of cross-functional management and business leadership.
- Demonstrated capability understanding and Pumps and Pump technology and market trends, and launching new products
- Proven track record in growth-focused Product Management, including NPD product launch, commercialisation, and strategic planning
