The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and documenting procedures across finance administration streams, primarily PTP. You'll have the chance to develop a deep understanding of business processes and support the company's adoption of process management. What you'll do:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by building and documenting procedures across finance administration streams. Your primary focus will be on Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) processes. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the business process and assist in its adoption as part of embedding and developing the process framework. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will provide regular support to a broad range of work including analysing business controls and their effectiveness in new ways of working post project symphony.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expert role brings a wealth of experience in process mapping and tooling. You are comfortable working in a strong control environment with SOX or SOP requirements. Your ability to quickly adopt new tools, platforms, and technology will be key to your success in this role. You possess strong technological system skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Your ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision sets you apart from others.
