Are you an experienced Property Litigation Senior Associate or Legal Director looking to take your career to the next level in a supportive and progressive environment? Our client, a leading law firm based in Leeds, is seeking talented solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join their growing Property Litigation team. With a focus on supervising and mentoring their Associates, you'll have the opportunity to build and develop client relationships while working on a varied and rewarding caseload.

Key responsibilities:

Managing landlord and tenant portfolios including lease renewals, rent reviews, and dilapidations
Handling mortgage repossessions
Providing advice on option agreements, easements, and restrictive covenants
Assisting residential developer clients with land purchase and vacant possession strategies

What they're looking for:

Strong experience in a specialist property litigation team, working with commercial clients
Excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant issues
Demonstrable client service skills
The ability and desire to supervise and manage the team
